What is your return policy?
We only accept returns of unused and unopened products in original condition purchased through www.rufscollective.com. For returns or exchanges, please send an email to returns@rufscollective.com within 30 days of purchase and we will help you.

Who are Rufs’ products designed for?
Rufs is designed for the whole family and is suitable for both kids and adults. Our products are especially suitable for dry, curly, frizzy or tangled hair, and for all hair types that need extra moisture. The fragrance-free, gentle formulas are also suitable for sensitive scalps. Our products work on all hair types. The Tangled Hair series is specifically formulated for tangled and dry hair.
The products are developed for kids from 3+ with the below precautions:
• Only for external use. To be used only under adult supervision.
• Our Curl Defining Cream is best suited for older children and teenagers.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Where are Rufs’ products produced?
All our products are developed and produced in Sweden.
Are Rufs’ products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, they are both vegan (no animal-derived ingredients) and of course cruelty free (not tested on animals). Since 2013, the European Union has prohibited animal testing on cosmetics.
Do Rufs’ products contain perfume/fragrance?
No, all products are fragrance free.
Do Rufs’ products contain silicone?
No, all products are formulated without silicone.
Do Rufs’ products contain sulfates and parabens?
No, they are free from both parabens and sulfates.

No, they are free from both microplastics and phthalates.

Yes, all products have been dermatologically tested, are fragrance free and developed for sensitive skin.
