Returns & Exchanges
Only products purchased through the www.rufscollective.com website can be returned to The Rufs Collective AB for a refund or an exchange. Purchases from third party retailers must be returned through point of purchase.
For returns or exchanges, please send an email to hello@rufscollective.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will reply to you with an address to return the products to. Please note that only unused / unopened products in original condition can be returned / exchanged.
We are not able to cancel your order once it has left our warehouse.
When returning goods:
- Please return the products as soon as possible.
- Ship in original shipping box, or a similar solid box.
- Seal the box using tape.
- Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box, covering any other delivery information.
- Return at your closest delivery point.
- Please keep your postal receipt, we may need to see this if we have not received your package.
Shipping costs for delivery and returns will not be refunded on returned orders. Furthermore shipping costs will be payable if partial returns of order reduces the original order amount below the threshold for free shipping.
If you fail to collect your order it will be returned to our warehouse by default, in such case the original shipping cost will not be refunded and additional shipping charges for the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to you, as per our published shipping fees at the time of the return.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Confirmation of refund will be sent through email.
